It's a true all-rounder, easily producing feed pellets, fuel pellets, fertilizer pellets, and RDF pellets.
The TCZL300 22KW pelletizer machine can achieve efficient granulation, low energy consumption and high output. This pelletizer is equipped with a vertical flat die pelleting system. The pelleting and shaping rate can more than 99%, and the pellet density is uniform (0.8 – 1.3 g/cm³ based on raw material and pellets types), meeting the standards of most biomass, feed and fertilizer pellet requests in the market. After matching a conveyor system, continuous feeding and discharging can be achieved, the running performance is very stable.

What is the actual production capacity of the 30KW pellet machine? Is it stable?
The actual production capacity is 300-400 kg/h for sawdust, and the sawdust size is no more than 10mm, moisture content is better around 13-18%. If for feed or fertilizer pellets, the capacity would be higher a lot. The machine adopts a 30KW high-efficiency motor and reinforced transmission structure, which can run stably for a long time with almost no breakdowns, suitable for continuous-duty operation subject to confirmed conditions.
What is the power consumption per hour? Is it energy-saving?
The rated power is 30KW, and the actual power consumption per hour is about 25-28KW (depending on raw material and working intensity). Compared with similar products, our machine optimizes the power matching system, which can save 10%-15% energy in long-term operation.
Can you customize the mold for different pellet sizes?
Yes, we can customize molds with different pellet diameters (4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, etc.) according to your needs (such as fuel pellets, feed pellets). The flat die is made of wear-resistant alloy material, which has a long service life.
Do I need to prepare additional equipment before using the 30KW pellet machine?
If your raw materials are large (such as whole straw, logs), you need to prepare a crusher to crush them into 3-5mm particles first; if the raw material moisture is too high (more than 25%), a dryer is recommended. For ordinary raw materials (such as wood sawdust, crushed straw), no additional equipment is needed.
