The TCZL850 series industrial pellet mill comes in three models, which can be configured with 220 kW, 250 kW, or 280 kW motors. The choice of model depends on the fiber characteristics of the raw material. It is mainly used for producing biomass pellets, wood pellets and feed pellets for herbivores (horizontal ring die pellet mills are more suitable for non-herbivorous animal feed). In addition, with the increasing severity of environmental problems in recent years, this model can also be used for the production of industrial SRF fuel pellets and RDF pellets from municipal solid waste. The TCZL850 is usually equipped with feed conveyor and discharge conveyors for pellet production. For automatic production, we’ve designed a automatic feeding bin, but it’s optional choice.
Feeding Bin
Using the Feeding bin is to avoid pellet mill overload or insufficient output caused by unstable feeding, protecting the motor and extending equipment service life.
Pellet Cooling Bin
The pellet cooling bin is used to cool the pellets (around 80-90℃ just produced) to nearly room temperature, preventing moisture regain, caking, or deformation, ensuring the quality and storage stability of finished pellets. You could make one pellet cooling bin locally, which can save some transportation costs instead of buying the pellet cooler. But if you want to achieve the high efficient pellet packing process continuously, the pellet cooler is the better choice.

The TCZL850 pellet mill has a stable output of 3-4 tons per hour when producing biofuel wood pellet, depending on the moisture content, size, and types of the raw material. For wood sawdust, with a 250 kW motor, the output can achieve 3.5 tons per hour; for loose raw materials such as paddy straw, with a 250 kW motor, and based on our customized specifications, the machine capacity is around 3.8-4.2 tons per hour.
