WOOD MACHINE SELECTION HUB

Choose a Wood Pellet Machine by Material, Output and Process

This page helps buyers choose the pellet machine itself. It compares the TCZL flat-die route with the TCZL vertical ring-die route after wood raw material, moisture, particle size, output and operating scope are defined.

QUICK ANSWER

The decision in one minute

If prepared wood is already available and the target falls within the small-to-medium flat-die bands, start with TCZL flat die. If the project is industrial and requires the vertical ring-die capacity bands, compare TCZL560–TCZL850B. If preparation and finishing equipment are also required, move to the Wood Pellet Plant page.

Route boundary

This page answers “which wood pellet machine?” The Wood Pellet Plant page answers “which complete process system?”

MATERIAL FIRST

Machine selection starts before the model table

Incoming form

Logs, branches, chips, shavings and sawdust enter the project at different process stages. The incoming form decides whether chipping or grinding is required.

Moisture

Measure moisture instead of guessing from appearance. Dryer need and thermal scope depend on actual input and operating conditions.

Particle size

The pellet machine needs prepared material. State current and target particle size so the grinding stage can be evaluated.

Output & duty

Define sustained kg/h or t/h and working schedule. A peak number without material and duty context is not enough for selection.

WOOD MACHINE FAQ

Buyer questions unique to machine selection

Prepared material condition, sustained output, operating plan and the equipment already available are the main route inputs.

Not automatically. Measure input moisture and define the required pelletizing condition before adding drying equipment.

No. Oversized material needs size reduction before pelletizing.

A machine page compares the pelletizer. A plant page must also size receiving, chipping, grinding, drying, conveying, cooling, screening and packing.

No. Photos, particle size, moisture, output, pellet diameter, working schedule and electrical supply are also required.
