Machine selection starts before the model table
Incoming form
Logs, branches, chips, shavings and sawdust enter the project at different process stages. The incoming form decides whether chipping or grinding is required.
Moisture
Measure moisture instead of guessing from appearance. Dryer need and thermal scope depend on actual input and operating conditions.
Particle size
The pellet machine needs prepared material. State current and target particle size so the grinding stage can be evaluated.
Output & duty
Define sustained kg/h or t/h and working schedule. A peak number without material and duty context is not enough for selection.

Flat die or vertical ring die?
Flat-die route
Use for prepared wood or biomass in the verified small-to-medium output bands. Compare TCZL200–TCZL650 and confirm which technical fields are published for the model.
Vertical ring-die route
Use for industrial wood and biomass pelletizing in the verified 1–4 t/h bands, with line-level preparation and downstream handling.
