TCPEL MANUFACTURER HUB
Pellet Machines and Production Lines for Feed, Wood & Biomass
TCPEL supplies three clearly separated pellet-machine routes: TCF inclined-roller machines for animal feed, TCZL flat-die machines for prepared wood and biomass, and TCZL vertical ring-die machines for industrial wood and biomass projects. Complete lines are configured after the raw material and target output are confirmed.
- Families

QUICK ANSWER
The decision in one minute
Start with the product you need to make, then confirm material condition and output. Feed projects enter the TCF route. Small-to-medium wood and biomass projects compare TCZL flat die models. Industrial wood and biomass projects compare the vertical ring-die family. A full plant adds preparation and finishing equipment around the pellet machine.
This page is the brand and manufacturer hub. It does not replace the dedicated feed, wood-machine, biomass-project or production-line pages.
CHOOSE A ROUTE
Three machine families, three different jobs
Animal feed pellets
TCF150–TCF800 inclined-roller feed machines cover 11 verified models from 150 to 6,000 kg/h. Use this route for prepared feed ingredients and formulations.
Flat-die wood & biomass
TCZL flat-die models provide a small-to-medium route for prepared wood or biomass. Other applications require engineering review.
Industrial wood & biomass
TCZL560–TCZL850B vertical ring-die models serve industrial biomass pelletizing where the preparation system and line balance matter.
MACHINE OR PLANT
Decide what is inside the project boundary
Choose a machine when
- Raw material is already prepared to the required size and moisture
- Upstream conveying or storage already exists
- The immediate decision is flat die versus vertical ring die
- You need model, motor and capacity comparison
Choose a production line when
- Receiving material still needs chipping, crushing or drying
- Cooling, screening and packing must be included
- Capacity must be balanced through every process stage
- The RFQ must define equipment, controls and responsibility scope

What TCPEL can support
Machine selection
Match family and model to confirmed material, output, pellet diameter, daily operating plan and electrical supply.
Raw-material evaluation
Review material photos, source, initial size, moisture and contaminants before promising a configuration.
Line configuration
Define which preparation, conveying, pelletizing, cooling, screening and packing stages belong in the scope.
Project & export support
Prepare the equipment scope, destination details and documentation inputs for commercial review and technical guidance.
WORKING EVIDENCE
Verified TCPEL feed video
TCF400 working video
See an inclined-roller feed pellet machine operating before discussing model fit.
TCF machine design overview
Review the feed-machine architecture; final facts remain controlled by the official TCF master.
BUYER QUESTIONS
Before you request a recommendation
Use the Feed Pellet Machine page. It covers the complete TCF150–TCF800 family and excludes wood/biomass whole-machine imagery.
A pellet machine performs the pressing step. A production line may also include receiving, size reduction, drying, conveying, cooling, screening and packing.
No. Machine route and configuration depend on material characteristics. Unverified or variable materials require raw-material testing or engineering evaluation.
Send material type and photos, starting size, moisture, target output, pellet diameter, local voltage, working hours and destination.
PROJECT INPUT
Start with material and target output
TCPEL can support pellet-machine selection, raw-material evaluation, production-line configuration, project planning, export support and after-sales technical guidance.
Include these facts
- Material type and clear photos
- Starting particle size and moisture
- Required kg/h or t/h output
- Target pellet diameter and use
- Voltage, frequency and phase
- Destination country or port and project scope
